WTF?

Was just having a browse on FFFFOUND and came across these great images, the WTF? series are really fun and light-hearted. and the textures of the colour is really beautiful. i'd love to know how they do it? it must be a filter or something. They're from a "laboratory" in Buenos Aires, Argentina called Minga. Collections of their work are better documented on the Behance network which i'm sure i've mentioned on here before (it's another image sharing site, more reflective of a social network than FFFFOUND so slightly more organised than FFFFOUND but you don't get exposed to the same ammount of variety, just because everything is categorised) .
